Writing - forget that!
Who has time for this crap! I sure don’t
This perfectly ties in with taking time out for you. Without doing this, you can’t fully move forward, nor will you know where you want to go, and how to get there. It’s hard to believe, right? I know. I used to laugh too, and think ya right!
Take a step back, and take a look inside for a second, just humour me! Trust me!
I realize it is hard to take the leap of faith. I have always hated writing, and didn’t know how to do it, nor did I know what to write.
Who is going to read what I write!
I always thought no one was interested. But than I got thinking, what if I write for me, for my eyes-only. You can do it daily, weekly, or whenever you feel the urge to. You can do it in the morning when your head has been cleared, or at nighttime when the thoughts are swirling around in your head. Or when you feel the need too! I have started writing down my thoughts, and feelings mostly when I am angry.
This is a great release of letting it all go.
Talking to someone almost without the talking. It allows my heavy thoughts to leave. Often never thinking about it again.
How can you move forward without knowing what, and how you handle things? Keeping track allows you the freedom to go back, and recall things that you may otherwise not recall. It’s like talking to your best friend without actually talking to your best friend.
It’s your turn. Go out, and purchase a beautiful journal, and don’t forget to splurge on a pen! Now get writing! Do it for you! You can thank me later!
